Welcome to Ludocards.com. This Web site is provided by Ludocards (referred to throughout this Web site as “Ludocards”) as a service to our customers. Please review the following rules that govern your use of the Ludocards.com site. Please note that your use of the Ludocards.com site (the "Site") constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. Ludocards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.

Section A of these Terms and Conditions applies specifically to orders placed with Ludocards. 

Section B of these Terms and Conditions applies to the use of the Site.

Welcome to ludocards.com. The following terms and conditions incorporate a series of policies specific to Ludocard’s delivery of online printing services and apply to all transactions with www.ludocards.com. The placing of an order indicates your unconditional agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Ludocards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this site.

The Ludocards Satisfaction Guarantee

Ludocards stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, contact Customer Service through Inbox from our website within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 
For any complaint of product quality and the request for reprint, the customer is responsible for returning the entire batch of goods for a thorough investigation by Ludocards. Upon receiving the returned goods, Ludocards will respond asap within 7 working days for a solution, being reprint or refund. 

Please note Ludocards is not responsible for the following:

File Submissions
- Inaccurate or poor quality artwork, including but not limited to file format, colours, resolution and bleed.
- Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, etc.
- Incorrect contents and typo mistakes.

Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
- Products damage or loss after dispatched from Ludocards’ factory.
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages, or other errors created by you.


Any complaints must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to reprint or refund. We have right to resolve any complaint within our own discretion and we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default.

Supplied Artwork in ‘Print-Ready’ format

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to Ludocards. 

We only accept Print-Ready files therefore it is crucial that you self-check the file format according to our Instructions before uploading them to your order:

All artwork must be supplied as 300dpi Hi-Res in PDF format. Ludocards is not responsible for images that may print blurred or pixelated due to customer supplied artwork if its less than 300dpi. We require 2mm bleed on all edges for cutting.

If the files you supplied are not ‘Print-Ready’, we will contact you through Inbox and you will be responsible for correcting any issues, and your order will be withheld from production until you complete the changes or notify us to print as is. Any delays in artwork not being supplied ‘Print Ready’ will lead to your order missing the desired delivery.

Once the status of a print job becomes “Processing”, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. If you must change the artwork files, please contact us through Inbox to verify the additional costs for such change.

Bleed and Margin Requirements

Since cutting cannot be guaranteed to be exactly in the same place for a large quantity of print products, you must stretch the background at least 2mm outside of the trim line on each side (this is called a “bleed”) and place all critical elements (text, images, graphic elements, logos, etc.) 5mm inward on each side from the trim line. Anything left too close to the trim line within 5mm inward or 2mm outward may be cut.

We recommend no borders due to shifting in the cutting process because they may appear uneven.

Production Turnaround Time

Our standard production turnaround time is 15 working days. It does not include shipping transit time and you should allow 3-7 additional business days for delivery based on your geographic location in the world from Italy.

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed with full payment and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your order and approved for printing. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to “Waiting for files" and your printing turnaround time will be reset.

For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.

Shipping and Arrival Times

We only use the best international couriers (FedEx, TNT, UPS and DHL) but shipping transit times vary especially during the pandemic time, and Ludocards assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time as we have to rely on Third party delivery company / courier. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Any delivery times given are estimated and might be extended in connection with high volume of orders.

Ludocards is not responsible for delays due to improperly prepared files supplied.

Both printing and shipping times are based on business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.

Ludocards shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control, this includes any delay which may occur through international customs for items being delivered overseas.

Ludocards is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by customers. Orders that need to be reshipped, redelivered or rerouted due to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address supplied by the customer will result in additional charges and the customer is responsible for the payment.

Damaged Goods during Shipping

All our products are carefully controlled for quality in production, and only those with verified good quality are selected for dispatch, being suitably packaged for transit purpose. Ludocards assumes no liability for goods loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, once the products have been delivered to a courier. Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon the dispatch from the Ludocards’ factory.

It is your responsibility to open the packaging and check the state of the products upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged they must be rejected for receiving from the courier and contact must be made to Ludocards Customer Service ASAP within 24 hours. Only in this way the damaged products can return to us for investigation so that we can file a complaint to the courier company and claim for compensation of the damaged goods. We shall arrange to reprint your order once we have received such compensation.

If you fail to check the state of the products upon delivery and fail to reject damaged goods from signing with the courier, you must send the entire damaged goods back to Ludocards in Italy at your own costs. This is the only way for us to file a complaint for investigation to the courier company.

In the event of delayed delivery, goods damages or losses, you have no right to withhold any payment to Ludocards.


All orders must be paid for in advance. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to processing the order. All prices are quoted in Euro and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency. We are pleased to accept Bank Transfers and payment through Paypal / Credit cards for goods, however please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order until full payment is received by Ludocards.

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once a payment is made.

Once an order is placed, the full payment must be paid asap within 30 days in order to validate the order. When longer than this time frame the order becomes invalid and its pricing is no longer available.

A payment higher than € 1,000 must be paid through bank transfer. It usually takes 2-5 working days for our bank to process the payment. You can email your Proof of Payment to mail@ludocards.com for a sooner validation of your order. Thank you!


Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any changes in the law or the Italian Government Regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.

Colour Accuracy and Consistency

Ludocards uses state-of-the-art printing technology and will reproduce colour from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match colour and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighbouring image ink requirements.

Please note that Ludocards accepts no responsibility for colour variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent. Please supply artwork files in CMYK with Fogra 39 colour profile in PDF format for best printing quality.

Order returns, cancellation, refunds

All orders are subject to availability. Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. Due to nature of products we sell, reimbursements for products already printed or being printed are not possible. It is possible to cancel an order prior to its payment.

Your Warranty of Non-Infringement

You warrant that you are either the owner of all rights in material you submit to Ludocards, or that you are authorised by the owner of the material to print or distribute material you submit to Ludocards for processing. You further warrant that your intended use of such material will not infringe any right of the owner of such material.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.


Your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any marketing collateral without your prior consent.

Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

Access and use of the site www.Ludocards.com (the "Site") is subject to the user's acceptance of the following conditions (the "Conditions") and applicable laws. By accessing and consulting the Site, the user accepts, without limitations or reservations, the Conditions specified below. If the Conditions are not accepted, the user is invited not to use the Site.

The site is owned by Ecliptio single shareholder based in via Cavour 45, 15030 - Terruggia (AL), Italy, VAT number IT02752970067 (“Ludocards").

Limitations on the use of the content and information published on the Site

All information and content published on the Site (the "Information") are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and, unless otherwise indicated, may not be used, either totally or in part, or copied or reproduced. , transferred, published and distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Ludocards. The user may download and / or print the Information exclusively for personal use and for non-commercial purposes. In any case, the user may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, send or use the Information, including texts, images, contents and any software present on the Site, for advertising or commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of Ludocards.
The logos and any other distinctive signs appearing on the Site are the property of Ludocards or its commercial partners, and may not be used in any way and form or by any means without the prior written consent of Ludocards. In particular, the name “Ludocards” as well as any other distinctive sign that contains the “Ludocards” logos cannot in any way be used as a domain name or part of it, for third party sites, without the prior written consent of Ludocards.

If any infringement of intellectual property rights is found, a report can be sent to Ludocards at the following email address: mail@ludocards.com.

Limitation of Liability

Ludocards will endeavour to publish accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, no guarantee is given that the use of the Information does not violate the rights of third parties, nor that it is error-free, accurate, complete and up-to-date. Under no circumstances will Ludocards be liable in any way for any negative consequence, damage or loss, deriving from or connected to the use of the Site or the Information.

Third party sites, links and content

Ludocards cannot control the content of third-party sites and external pages to which the Site may be connected in any way, and assumes no responsibility for the materials and information contained on such sites with respect to which Ludocards has any link from its own site. Linking to pages outside the Site is under the responsibility of the user. The connection through links to other sites does not in any way imply that Ludocards has collaborative or affiliation relationships with third party owners of these sites.

Information submitted by users

Any information, content or material sent to the Site (including uploaded files, data, questions, comments, suggestions or other) will always be considered confidential. The user guarantees to hold Ludocards harmless from any action, request, claim or request from third parties in relation to the use of such material.

User registration

Each user can register on the Site, by entering their data in the appropriate registration form, if they intend to access Ludocards information and proceed with the purchase of the products sold through the Site. The user guarantees Ludocards that the information provided for registration is up-to-date, truthful and correct and undertakes to communicate any changes to the registration data. The communication must take place by modifying your account. Should Ludocards believe that the information is incorrect, or for any serious reason it deems this measure justified, it may deny access to the Site or suspend the user's account. Only for professional users / companies based in the European Union, Ludocards will proceed to verify their VAT number.

Further limitations

Only third parties may link to the home page of the Site. In no case is "deep linking” permitted without the prior written permission of Ludocards.
The "framing" of the Site or portions of it by third parties is not permitted, nor is the use of any other means that could lead users to believe that the content of the Site attributable to third parties is allowed. Furthermore, any inclusion of portions of the Site in third party sites unrelated to Ludocards is prohibited.
